I wish to congratulate Bishop Elect Niall Coll on being appointed to the Diocese of Ossory, our nearest neighbour here. The priests and people of the diocese will give a great welcome to their new bishop.
I also wish to welcome him most sincerely as a brother bishop and to this part of the country.
May the Holy Spirit guide him in his work in leading his people closer to the Lord. May Our Mother Mary guard and protect him and may his work be blessed and fruitful.
