I very warmly congratulate the Rt. Rev. Michael Burrows who has just been elected as Bishop for the United Dioceses of Tuam, Limerick and Killaloe. He has served as Bishop of Cashel, Ferns and Ossory since 2006. Bishop Michael was always someone I enjoyed meeting and working with.
I have no doubt that he will carry out his work with great confidence and care. May God bless him abundantly in his ministry and may he help to further the mission of the Church through Christ’s love, mercy and truth.
