“Ireland’s Eternal Fire” Movie Screening

“Ireland´s Eternal Fire” short film (35 minutes) on Ireland´s Catholic History edited by Servants HM Films. St Saviour’s Church Hall, Bridge Street, Waterford. Saturday 18th March. First screening at 4:30pm, second screening at 6pm.

The spiritual heritage of Ireland is profound and the roots of the faith go deep, deeper than most may realize. The countless monasteries, saints, missionaries, scholars, martyrs, all bear witness to the fact that the fire that St. Patrick started in this country was once powerfully ablaze. That fire has since dwindled, but God has not abandoned Ireland, and the same Holy Spirit intends to breathe forcefully once again on the embers that St. Patrick started to revive the flame. He just needs you and I to open our eyes to see what our Irish ancestors saw in the faith. He needs you and I to rediscover our roots.
